Hotel overlooked street and the room was a nice size and nicely decorated. Its staff was attentive and best. My room included a fridge, an air conditioning, and a work desk. The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was quiet overall. Could use their free parking.

During my recent stay at Residenza Normanna, I experienced the warmest hospitality from the hosts, Maria and Giovanni. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home and were always ready to assist with any questions or advice I needed. The apartment itself was impeccable, with attention to detail in every corner. I particularly loved the beautiful terrace adorned with flowers, where I enjoyed my delicious breakfast every morning. The location was also fantastic, being close to the Cathedral and Norman Palace, making it easy to explore the city's historic sites. Despite the occasional noise and traffic of Palermo, the wonderful experience at Residenza Normanna made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location.

Residenza Normanna is my go-to place! I keep coming back 'cause it's perfect for me. They even got me water late at night. It's got Wi-Fi, TV, AC, and no pets or smoking. Can't wait to be back for Christmas!

Had an amazing time in Palermo! The hosts were super helpful and gave us great recommendations. Loved the spacious and clean room, especially the comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast on the terrace was a great start to the day. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the center and with free parking nearby.

Palermo can get noisy with traffic, so light sleepers might have a tough time. But overall, the city's sights and history made up for it.

The location was very convenient, as it was close to the train station and metro station, making it easy to get to and from the airport. It was also near the city center, allowing us to explore the historical area with ease. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hosts provided great amenities such as extra towels and free drinks in the mini fridge. the breakfast on the terrace was a lovely way to start the day.

The karaoke and casino facilities were a bit lacking, which was disappointing as we were hoping for some entertainment options within the hotel.

residenza normanna made our stay in palermo unforgettable. the location was perfect, just steps away from the royal palace and delicious pastry shops. the owners, giovanni and maria flavia, were incredibly helpful and made us feel like valued guests. the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
